Bussiness Letter

Business letter is a letter usually use by an individual, organization or institutions that deliver business messages to the other party using certain media whether it be sending a letter via postal, faksmilie, telephone or via the internet.
Business letter has 3 the format writing a letter busines,they are:
1. Block Format           
The format block of busines letter is the most simple from the other because everything is laid out on the left side of the letter.




2. Modified Block Format
The position writing addres, date, closing, signature, and printed name in the right letter.




3. Semi-Block (Indented) Format
In the semi-block (indented) of the format business letter , writing format almost same with Modified Block format, but on the content section  of paragraph inside stick, while the Modified Format Bock didn't.



The parts of a business letter

a.  Your Address
     This is of addres writer, reciever can easy to find addres writer if want to reply letter.

b. Date
    There is date made of letter.

c. Inside Address
   There are the name receiver, name company with each addres receiver.

d. Salutation
    Greeting of busines letter are Dear Mr./Mrs./Ms.

e. Subject Line
    Subject Line can be easy to understand what the meaning of purpose the letter.

f. Body
   Body is a place where you write stuff to be conveyed.

g.Closing
   This section is a marke that it has completed the letter, usually ending with the writing "Sincerely," "Sincerely yours," "Thank you".

h. Signature 
   This section is the author's signature, usually using black ink or in blue.

i.Printed Name 
 This section is the name writer or the sender of writer.

j. Enclosure
   If a letter containing the document or attachment other than the letter, the author touched to show number of attachment by using the "Enclosure (number of attachments)".

k.Typist Initials
  If the other someone write your's letter , include your initials followed by the author's initials at the bottom of the format, eg AG / gs.
